Mobile Infants have the ability to move around. They are crawling, cruising, some are pulling to a stand, and possibly taking a few steps.
Non Mobile Infants are babies who are not yet able to move independently. They are not yet crawling, rolling, cruising, pulling to a stand, or walking independently.
